Shipping Methods

FD UNITED accepts international orders!
You can order standard shipping by Ukrposhta or quick shipping: DHL or EMS.
If you need something expedited please contact us and we will send you an invoice for the additional shipping charges. Please note that the item and shipping charges must be paid before FD UNITED can ship your order.

Please pay attention to each progress time of item you order. Orders in stock ship within 3-5 business days. 

Usually the parcels arrives to customer in about 2-4 weeks by standard shipping.

After shipment completion, the tracking number  for discovering the way of your item will be listed at the your order information page.  Also you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Check your account/confirmation e-mail for your tracking number.

FD UNITED ship to the shipping address provided by you. Please indicate not only the full name and address, but also certainly a valid phone number for communication. If the item was shipped to the wrong address, FD UNITED will cross check to see what shipping address was provided.

If your order was sent back to us that means you did not pick up your package from your local post office by their deadline. FD UNITED will ship back your order to you, and you are responsible for the additional shipping charges.

Please note FD UNITED are not responsible for delays occurring due to the shipping provider, lost/missing orders due to an incorrectly provided shipping address, damages that occur during shipment and your destination’s customs.
